All small trial order products are shipped via UPS express SIGNATURE REQUIRED (unless otherwise specified)
 
Please allow up to 7 day time to process and ship your in stock order; if you have a time sensitive shipment please give us a call to ensure there are no delays. All products are shipped out from China directly.
 
In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.  All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify RIT CAR PARTS within 48 Hours of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, your shipment may be denied claim to our Guarantees and a refund.
 
If you find a damaged product within 7 days time after receiving the products, please do the following:

Keep the product with its original packaging and box. Supply us enough video and pictures.
