Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
• Incorrect items shipped by RCCT
• Confirmed manufacturing defects
Return requests must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Returns due to ordering errors, compatibility issues, or customer purchasing mistakes will not be accepted.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
RCCT reserves the right to inspect and approve all claims.
